FW: 12 pigeons on your roof waiting for lunch
FYI Dave next door took the attached picture this morning. This group of pigeons has “hung out” at our place throughout the winter, feeding on bird seed I would toss on the ground (after filling the 2 bird feeders). They descend to the ground like helicopters (i.e. more or less vertically down, unlike most other birds that swoop to the ground at a gliding angle).
