Your artistic sensitivity with words and images takes me back to a time when I was immersed with the eclecticty of John Cage, Merce Cunningham, Bucky Fuller, Robert Creeley, and Josef Albers – way back. Your S.O.S. series reminds me of a certain “sound poet” I used to hang with and attempt to emulate back around 1975; he generated rhyme and meaning without words – just pops and whistles and all sorts of audible expressions one can make with all parts of the body and the things in one’s own immediate accessible world. It was lots of fun. I let my guitar play me the way words play you, and never know exactly what’s going to emerge. I guess the universe has found a way to play each of us. I don’t think much about it all anymore; I just accept what IS as good, and immerse myself in BEing a part of what I call the Swing of Delight. Living a life of Divine NonChalance keeps a smile on my face and fools others into believing I am wise. Ha Ha. I shall enjoy exploring your blog further and will be watching for signs of growth and progression. Your old soul is familiar to me. I am glad we finally met in this life. Elated!
